## 2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you use the site.

## 3. Cookies We Set
**One cookie, set by our hosting infrastructure. There are no others.**

**We set no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.** ComOS does not use
Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or remarketing tags on the Platform or on
comos-federation.com.
The Platform application itself sets no cookies and writes nothing to your
browser's local or session storage.

## 4. Third-Party Cookies
**Stripe.** When you complete a payment, Stripe's checkout is served from
Stripe's own domain and may set cookies there under
[Stripe's privacy policy](https://stripe.com/privacy). Those cookies are
Stripe's, set on Stripe's pages, and we neither set nor read them.
No other third party sets cookies through ComOS.

## 5. Managing Cookies
### 5.1 Cookie Preferences
The single cookie we set is strictly necessary for the Platform to route your
requests correctly, so there is no preference panel to adjust: we offer no
optional cookies to turn off. You can still block or delete it in your browser
(§5.2), with the effect described in §5.3.
### 5.2 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete individual or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all third-party cookies

### 5.3 Impact of Disabling Cookies
Blocking the `GAESA` cookie does not lock you out. Your requests may be routed
to a different server instance between page loads, which can make the Platform
slower or less consistent. Because we set no analytics or advertising cookies,
blocking cookies costs you nothing else here.

## 6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard
for responding to it. We do not track you across sites in the first place — we
set no analytics, advertising, or cross-site cookies — so there is no tracking
for a DNT signal to switch off.
